Buat rekan2 pelaut yg mau ganti sertifikat atau legalisir jangan harap bisa
cepat pengurusanya . Contoh yg aku alami penggantian buku aku masukkan tgl 12
april 11 sampai hari ini tgl 4 may 11 belum juga selesai,aku tanya kenapa lama
dg entengnya menjawab yg urus sibuk naik turun .
Atau ini mungkin karena gratis
Ada apa dg postel ????? Cuma certifikat terlalu lama prosesnya sementara
perwira deck tdk bisa kerja dikapal tanpa ORU
