Dear Moderator,
With the concern about updated news or true information about
dutch flag vessel or ship for crewing their Fleet, I would like to ask you
about
the new regulation from the kingdom or Dutch government..I read the last post
from our group about The news,But i didn't clear enough.. Are they still
required Indonesian seafarer?or they just accepted philipino's only? when
exactly they will start with the rule's?or they just begun....
