I have talked with owner of MY tbn and he is very open towards
Indonesian seafarer's.
MY tbn will start sailing May 2008, so we have some time to select
candidates.
I know that you already start with recruitment for candidates, will
give you follow up:
positions:
- 1x Chief steward or Chief stewardess with proper experience;
preferably high standard hotel/mega yacht experience. is part of
fixed crew, so should be able to cook for crew.
Primary interface to the guests. Must possess excellent
interaction skills. Hard work and discretion essential.
Ability to work well as part of a team. Assist on deck if
necessary. Ability to work long hours. Possibly assist in
the galley.
Administrative, organizational and detailed accounting
abilities / Above average computer skills / Management
of interior staff & assignment of duties / Superb guest
service skills / High interaction with guests & owners /
Ability to work long hours.
- 2x rating deck; preferably high standard hotel/mega yacht
experience. is part of fixed crew. experience with water
sports/tender/waterjet
Must be highly motivated and hard working /
Excellent references /Background in guest
services / Flexible / High interaction with guests and
owners
all candidates must be in possession of Basic Training certificate +
endorsement.
salaries is from 1200,-- p/m all in. contracts 9 months like to
make system with fixed crew.
