* Male/Female, between 28 to 40 years old.
* Strong leadership.
* S1 degree in Business Administration or Management from reputable
university or MPB 1 or MPB2 certificate from Marine Academy.
* Having at least 5 years experience in shipping, preferably with
previous experience in managerial positions. Strong administrative, as well
as commercial skills are required.

* General Qualification:
* Excellent verbal and written communication in English and computer skills
are essential.
* Able to work in Standard Procedure such as an ISO 9002 is an advantage.
