Hi, I'm Umakant Patil from India. I work as Software Engineer at Mode Media (Names as Glam India in India).
I would like to maintain the Hidef extension ( https://pecl.php.net/package/hidef). The original author Gopal Vijayaraghavan does not seems to be maintaining it any more. Recently I was looking to push a patch into the trunk of Hidef and was asked if I'm interested in maintaining it. Definitely I would like to do it since I have been using this extension since long in my main project. Hidef is not working for any of the version from PHP 5.6.0 onwards. Here is the reference ticket:- https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=69235 After submitting the patch in the ticket I had read that I have to follow certain coding standards ( http://git.php.net/?p=php-src.git;a=blob_plain;f=CODING_STANDARDS;hb=HEAD) and read some docs on how to document. I'll improve the patch. What else is needed from my side to get an PECL account for maintaining extension? Thanks, Umakant Patil
