Hey, My mother is a bank manager, and deals with fraud and the police frequently. In fact, the detective that heads up the team is a family friend from before his police days. In any case, Visa has taken the appropriate action, and anything time-delayed will be watched and reported in full to us. For all intents and purposes, the card is dead and the number is flagged and the nature of the distribution and use online has them aware so they will investigate any fraud by computer means. As well, I won't go into any in-depth discussion of it, but it was a 'special' card, and among other things, we would have felt no ill-effects if it was fraudulently used. But as I said, that does not seem the case here. Case is closed yet watched, and if anyone tried using it, between my mothers authority and contacts with Visa and the Police here, we could track the problem and report if it is in the groups best interest.

Keith, I just woke up and I'm not sure what you are getting at. Does my above post solve the problem you are thinking of, if not please explain further. Anyone else with ideas or suggestions? I still feel like the biggest bonehead around *sigh* And thanks again to all those who alerted me, it is appreciated.
