This is hardly off topic... Just between the two of us, because I have one that I'm thinking of selling, the lens kind of sucks. It just isn't particularly sharp across the whole aperture range. When I found out that I liked a 24mm I got a Pentax A series one: great lens. Still have it along with about a half dozen other Pentax primes.
I've been hunting for off-brand 24mm lenses as I know it'll be hard to find the Pentax one. Thanks, Dave
