Speaking of which, has the list discussed (I don't know where there might be archives!) teleconverters much? And come to any sort of conclusion? Before I switched platforms from Olympus OM to Pentax M-series, I had a Komura 2x teleconverter that had several lenses (6 or 7 elements!) in it, and all coated... It performed admirably, and was written up as being one of the best on the market at the time. My use confirmed that. So, I must ask, given Pentax manufactures 1.4 and 2x teleconverters of their own, have some folks here done a personal comparison, have any conclusions been made? Seems inclusion of one of these in a proper travel kit would be de rigueur, yet I haven't seen anyone mention one in all the discussion we've recently had regarding a vacation (or holiday) lens kit... > > Kind regards from (cloudy today) sunny Brighton > > > > Peter Peter, when does Brighton get it's influx of holiday revelers? Isn't it August? I disremember. <g> keith whaley Sometimes sunny Los Angeles - This message is from the Pentax-Discuss Mail List. To unsubscribe, go to http://www.pdml.net and follow the directions.
