As I suggested before, a Jobo or Paterson tank and a changing bag will do the job nicely.
I do not recommend doing E6 yourself. The process is rather capricious and requires very strict temperature control.
BW and C-41 however couldn't be easier. For C-41 put the tank into a plastic bowl with warm water. Only the developer needs to be at the exact 38 deg c. The bleachfix temp is far less critical. Rinsing can be done at 25 deg c or even less.
