Larry, with Apple OS or iOS, hold down the n key on the keyboard, a pop-up will 
appear allowing you to choose among various diacritic (sp?) marks. But, some 
programs like Mail don’t use the full set. 

Very minor issue compared to drought in Africa or any place else!
