I’ll do something similar, but on the opposite coast. This is not precisely a favourite place, but a favourite experience and state of mind in a favourite country (which I suppose is a place). A pano made on my phone this summer while cycling the Route des Crêtes, which runs between Cassis and La Ciotat on the Mediterranean coast of France. It is closed to motor traffic on Sundays to give nature a break, so it makes a wonderful bicycle ride, which I did with a friend.
