I found a K5 file shot at ISO 51200. I doubt very much if I had in camera noise reduction turned on. The first image is the raw file at whatever defaults Lightroom opened it with. The second is with Denoise used, no other changes. I left a small amount of noise in to give the skin some texture. If you don't it starts to look waxy very quickly. I did have to save the original at a lower quality setting to keep the file size reasonable.
