A week ago my spouse and I took a walk along Martin Luther King Drive (formerly West River Drive), which winds through a park along the western bank of Philly’s Schuylkill River. We were ambling slowly southward when there was a sudden flurry of bicycle bells behind us. These three gentlemen, in period attire, were pedaling along on antique bicycles. I barely had time to squeeze off a few shots.
