There is always the option of reloading 16mm movie stock into the 110 cartridges (you could get few hundreds of these with outdated film for a lowly sum perhaps). Here was mentioned a link to a 110 website with faq on reloading. There are lots of choices in 16mm stock, relatively. Including classic B&W films like FP4+.
