A Cardinal high up in the White Oak. Shot with the K-3, DA 150-450 and DA 1.4X converter. I went to this combination so I could shoot from my deck while recovering from surgery rather than setting up out in the yard as i’ve been doing for years. The K-3 gives me the FOV of a 945mm lens on a full-frame camera. It has served it’s purpose but it’s noisier than my K-1 with the same lensing.I’m looking forward to going back to that camera.
