Robert, The lab I use has Agfa equipment and printed on Agfa Prestige paper. The only other thing that I can come up with is that I didn't use my Lumiquest SoftBox on the flash unit. But I don't recall this shine in the past when I haven't used it. It probably would have helped, but...
