... or 3-1/2"?

As P.J. suggested, the wallet is unlikely for 8". It's most likely
for 3-1/2" or 5-1/4" (2U or 3U).

Depending on the design, the 5-1/4" one can be probably used for CDs (4.7" diameter).
The 3-1/2" one can be used for credit/debit/discount/frequent-customer
cards (3-3/8" x 2-1/8"). Alternatively, - for some collectible cards
(e.g. baseball cards are 3-1/2" x 2-1/2", and so are the "SOTMK" cards).
I actually saw some people at Disneyland with wallets full of SOTMK cards, - I wonder now if those were originally floppy-disk wallets.

In my most recent round of housecleaning & de-cluttering I've

Any suggestions for alternative uses now that I no longer use floppy
