The thermometer hit 50 degrees F this afternoon, about 70 degrees warmer than
it was two days ago, so I spent some time in the yard shooting birds. I haven’t
been out there recently, so they were a bit shy and most stayed hidden. But I
got this red-bellied woodpecker high up in a spruce tree. D FA 150-450 plus DA
1.4X converter. F8, 1/1000, approximately ISO 2000, 630 mm.
