I have mixed feelings about this. 
Nice color, details, sharp, focus ok. 
But, I believe you cropped quite a bit to get this tight a shot. Good thing, in 
order to show the color, detail, focus etc. But, for me, it means that the shot 
is a simple portrait with little life. If the area you show were to occupy 
about a quarter of the screen, lower or middle right, then it would give me 
more of an impression of a bird in flight. Some out-of-focus background would 
be nice as well.
I envy you the skill to take such a fine shot of a fast moving bird, but the 
composition just doesn’t work for me.
