Latest forecasts put Florence making landfall around Wrightsville Beach sometime
before sunrise on Friday. If it makes the predicted turn to the west, Raleigh
should get only 40-50mph winds and between 5-15 inches of rain.
Less likelihood of power outages here, but also if there are any, we may not get
power restored as quickly because they'll be concentrating repair efforts
further south.
