your Lilac Breasted Roller looks rather like a bird we have in the USA though yours is muchmore colorful ... who I encountered but couldn't photo in the Texas/OKlahoma border in April, 1985 at a bird sanctuary. It's proper namewas Scissor - tailed fly catcher.  I learned it from the ranger at the sanctuarywhen I went to describe and ask

Me:  I just saw a bird with a  pinkish breast and a very long forked tail kinda like a  a swallow but much longer
Ranger: (to her colleague) Hey Joe, the scissor tailis back!
