Hi Rick,
that sounds like a great trip. Don't worry about not contacting us, or me 
anyway, it's not mandatory, and we, or I anyway, won't hold it against you.

What made you choose La Petite-Pierre? It's not a destination that leaps out at 
people. The Vosges, or at least Strasbourg, is on my list of start points for 
my next but one ride across France, and La Petite-Pierre is likely to be part 
of the trip.
