        When I'm out on boats, this is what I do. I put my ancient
        300mm f4 Tak on the rifle stock and try to "go w/ the boat"
        at the knees. I suspect I would be able to do the same w/ a
        2x'er to get 600mm f8, as the TC adds so little weight and
        the MESuper & SuperProgram both have 1/2000th sec shutters.
