For technical pages, when all you care is to get some sense of what's
going on, http://babelfish.altavista.com usually does the trick
(although not in this particular case: this is a scanned image, so you
would have to type in the foreign text by hand). While spanish is sorta
ok in the sense that, even if you don't know the language, you can
guess some things, for reading e.g. japanese pages it's a life saver
(although, in many cases, even after this kind of automated
translation, the japanese ones make about as much sense to me as
untranslated :)
