my calendar because of no model release for woman in pic.
Fearless girl by herself, pretty much, is Miss January in my STATUESQUE
calendar.. I think Dan had seen that

You're probably safe. The overall scene, and particularly the woman
walking by and looking at the statue, likely makes your work
sufficiently transformative to stand on its own.
