I had no intention of "ripping off" anybody. I was going to use some parts off of the camera to clean up mine and only through batteries in to see if the meter worked. I have decided to see if I can find the original owner (even before I turned on my PC this morning to see the responses on the list). I did not get her name but the camera store owner may have it. By the way the store is an authorized Pentax repair center.
