Here is one of the useful comparisons that I was looking late last year:

Rick,
I don't have experience with either of the two you mentioned, but I've tried
a few others.
Of course, it depends on what you expect from the cloud backup.
The parameters include: number of devices, storage size/price (or for free),
speed, security (encrypted vs. unencrypted), sharing your files,
sharing your webpages (as Dropbox used to allow naturally), etc.
I am only using them for file online storage and sharing, not a routine
backup.
I've been using box.com, and have tried last year pcloud, mega, and
jottacloud, - all free options.
All of them seem to be working fine, but I've noticed a difference in the
upload speed. Either jottacloud or pcloud was noticeably slower.
IIRC, one of the latter 3 allowed a few uploads in parallel (2-3 open
connections), but I don't remember which one.
There are a bunch of different comparative reviews of cloud storage online,
and they are very different. Some of them seem to be sponsored...
I remember that I liked some comparison from
https://cloudstoragereviewed.com/ - where they posted a table with the
comparison of parameters (size, average speed, features, etc.), - but I
cannot find it at the moment.

Any experience out there with Backblaze or IDrive? Any others I should
consider?
