Thanks. I think the door & window shots tend to be a bit samey. Variations on a theme, and perhaps better as a subset of something else. But I do them a lot.
I like that foggy one, too. I was quite surprised when I saw it in LR. The composition works well. In Arthur's salon you can see some Theakston's publicity material. The brewery itself is not that interesting, unless you could photograph the process, but that's probably not very different to the Meantime brewery just round the corner from me. We did have a drink in the White Bear, which is confusingly a Theakston's pub next to the Black Sheep brewery, but I'm not supposed to drink beer any more because of gout, so I only had one. The pub is apparently a bit tame compared to my friend's wild teenage years when it was a pub rock venue. > On 7 Feb 2017, at 04:50, John Francis <[email protected]> wrote: > >> On Mon, Feb 06, 2017 at 10:26:33PM +0000, Bob W-PDML wrote: >> Some photos from a long weekend in Yorkshire: >> >> http://www.web-options.com/Masham/ >> >> Enjoy (I hope). >> >> B > > > You could make a pretty impressive gallery of all your door & window shots ... > > I really like #26, which rather surprises me - I'm not a big fan of either > B&W or fogginess. > > I'm a bit surprised, though, to see a couple of galleries from Masham with > no reference to Theakston and/or Black Bull! > > -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
