Unfortunately, most of the time that I'd be using it would likely be doing things like photographing musicians, in which case I wouldn't want anything less than about 5.6, f/8 would really start leaning heavily on the sensor. When I would be able to get away with f/8 would be outdoors, and half the year it gets really damp around here outdoors, in which case I want the WR.
