Dan, yeah, I was tempted to clone those out but I really wanted to do minimal retouching on this one, and just capture the real woman. Those marks are prominent; it's not the light.
The unfortunate girl has a skin condition called Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) that I believe leads to those blemishes. Because of it she is forced to do her own makeup as she has to be extremely careful to avoid an infection that can lead to serious health problems (potentially death). Thank you!
