Is it all of her internet or just her Time-Warner email that's offline?
We've been through that before. There were the several times TWC
Roadrunner got itself blacklisted plus the several months outage of
Time-Warner's email server when they were telling customers that email
was not part of the service we paid for; only a "bonus" they provided
(so if it didn't work, that wasn't their problem & is why I have an
Earthlink email address).
Time-Warner Cable itself is an ugly problem.
I too hope she'll be back soon, but I have no confidence it will be
because Time-Warner suddenly pulled their collective heads out of their
corporate assholes!
