How does the 31 Limited compare to the 30 f2.8 K? I recently got one and
use it exclusively the past weekend and the results are phenomenal! Of
course, I can only compare it to the 28 & 35 f3.5s.

I haven't used both lenses but I think the Limited lens appeal to a
different public. The Limited appeals to people who wants nice craftmanship
and finish in their lenses. Both are excellent optically. I suspect that
the 31 has better bokeh because bokeh is a design parameter for the Limited
lenses.
If you want to save money and get a great lens the 35mm is the way to go.
On the other hand, the 31 Limited is beautiful lens in all respects.
