Bernd, That was the Canadian 'Wheatfield Willy' making that claim about US nationals and Germans. I think he was joking, but those Canadians get crazy this time of year with the Hockey playoffs and the tundra thawing. <g> It sounds like your banks are also extracting heavy fees for international transactions.
