Eek! That's not your RSX, that's a warning sign at your lab: either the colour developer time was too short or the temperature too low, or the colour developer is close to exhaustion, or if it was dip & dunk, either the bubblers aren't firing right and the chemistry isn't being agitated enough. Have a chat with them. They may not know that a problem is there -- RSX is pretty sensitive to those kinds of things.
