Memorial Day the unofficial "End Of Summer" in the USA. On the Coast
between Cape Hatteras, and Cape Cod the remnants of Tropical Storm
Hermine kept most people away from the shore. Well maybe government
warnings kept people away from the shore. It was kind of a bust,
especially here in Connecticut, where Long Island Sound was almost as
smooth as glass. I took the dog for a walk along the shore road and
took a few photos along the way. This group includes the PDML bird I
posted earlier.
