Hi PDMLers, Of those attending the Flying Legends Airshow this July at Duxford (Cambridge, England, full details at
http://www.macads.co.uk/pdml/ if you don't know already) - the show is held on both a Saturday and a Sunday. Both days are identical, with the display starting at 2pm and ending at 5pm. This leaves the morning free to peruse static displays and buy leather goggled helmets etc, and a bite to eat for lunch. My question is, for those attending, or thinking of attending, if you only had to choose one day as the 'main' day (with the 'other' day as an optional extra), which would be your preferred main day, the Saturday or the Sunday? Baring in mind both days are the same, I had personally thought along the lines of Saturday as being the main day, with the option for those who really really like airshows to be able to go again on the Sunday. Also bare in mind the cost of attending both days, and any accommodation involved. I'm staying in Cambridge on the Saturday night and will have a shed load of gear on loan from Pentax UK (details TBA), so if there is a group who will be attending on the Sunday, I will naturally be there dishing out cameras and lenses :-) If you could reply to me off list, I would be grateful.
