Paul - Give up on cutting? can give up on what I don't do... scissor
cutting plain paper labels that don't need to be neat, ok,
cutting anything that matters is out of the question... I have a nice
stash of paper in misc sizes ... I value my fingers...
doing veggies is scary enough.Both hands have some arthritis and no
strength, not to mention I'm a klutz... :-)

Don't give up on cutting. With a box cutter and fresh blade and a T-square,
it's easy. If you can scam a calibrated cutting board it's a no brainer. The
boards are gridded in inches and you can cut right into them without leaving a
mark. Miraculous! Ad agencies and publishers replace their cutting boards when
they're still good. I garbage picked mine from BBDO.
