Joining your non-sequitor: The predictive typing is awful when one is mixing 
ordinary English and medical terminology.

Returning to the original topic: I agree with the prevailing view that #2 is 
the stronger image, by a margin. For one thing, the swans look streamlined; in 
#1 they looked like couch potatoes.
