Thanks for the replies. I saw the Ricoh imaging website was down and searching for answers on the web was not conclusive. I've now got the V1.02 upgrade elsewhere on the web and will update shortly. I hope it does support 32GB because I don't have many cards smaller than that. I really should have a few around but where they have gone is a mystery.
