HN23 is a 62mm thread, actually - we are out of them now but 3" seems about 
right.
It is doubtful that you would suffer vignetting with with a 10mm step down. 
Also that hood is about the most common & therefore least expensive of those 
you mentioned. When I had my 135mm F2.3 S1 all those years ago, I found the 
b/in sliding hood grossly inadequate, and picked up a 90-180 Flat Field hood 
(keeping it strictly Vivitar, you understand) - most delightful.
