For those suffering from LBA: deals with Pentax lenses have started
showing up.
Amazon has DA-300/4 for just under $1100 with free shipping:

B&H, Adorama, ... have da-15/4 for just under $600.
A few other lenses are also on sale until Nov 26 so far...
BTW, for UK Pentaxians, Amazon UK has similar prices for those two lenses
right now.
If I were to judge based on the past two years, - B&H will have more (and
probably deeper) sales on Pentax equipment between Thursday and Monday ...
