Transitition isn't the half of it... The neighborhood I shot this in
(2nd ave upper east side of Manhattan) is a mess due to the construction 
of a new subway line not to mention work on the crumbling 
infra-structure. There were definitely mom and pop businesses that 
suffered from the chaos.
