Hey Dan, I agree good things come out of New Jersey - I was born and raised in Bayonne and attended college in New Jersey. <VGB> I think the rap on the state is mostly by those who haven't seen much of the state and by comics looking for some cheap laughs.

I don't know if I'd state EVERYTHING good comes out of New Jersey - what's left behind?

EVERYTHING good comes out of New Jersey:

Among millions of people and products: the electric light, movies,
photographs and all the other Edison creations; baseball, college
football; Joyce Kilmer, the steel suspension bridge; the Boardwalk,
Pork Roll, Tomato Pies, Salt Water Taffy, Buzz Aldrin, Jack Nicholson,
Bruce Springsteen, Bon Jovi, Queen Latifa, Shaq, Arron Burr, Philip
Roth, Whitney Houston, Dionne Warwick, Count Basie, Eddie Money, Frank
Sinatra, Franky Valli, Jack Nicholson, Kevin Spacey, Sandra Dee,
Connie Francis, Lou Costello, Ernie Kovacs, Danny DeVito, Meryl
Streep, Joe Theisman, Franco Harris, Bruce Willis, Joe Pesci, Joe
Oiscopo, Tony Soprano, the sharks that inspired Jaws, Anne Hathaway,
Johm Travolta, Charles Adams, Grover Cleveland, John Basilone, Paul
Robeson, and most of all -- Derek Jeter.

There are 2 kinds of people: those from New Jersey, and those who
would like to be.

This is off topic, but I found it interesting. There are enough nerds

I figured some of you might find it interesting as well.
