I'm off to do grocery and other chores - will dig up a golden oldie of that building..

I think I failed here by not pumping up the contrast a bit on the sky,
Since most of you (so far) concentrated comments on the building and my interest in the scene had as much to do with the weather. I did do
a vertical - didn't like it.
