That's not as bad a suggestion as it at first sounds, thought it's
still bad. Microsoft in their infinite wisdom put a lot of stuff into
IE that should have stayed in the rest of the OS. However if you can
use another e-mail client to connect to a different e-mail server then
the problem isn't on you end and reinstalling IE will do nothing for you.

They're having "latency" problems. Must be really bad "latency" since I
haven't been able to sign in since last Monday. Their technical support
is a piece of shit. The latest suggested fix is I should reinstall
Internet Explorer.
