We've gone through the first month of availability and sales have slowed down to a trickle, so I'm assuming everyone who wanted one of the hardcover books with the deluxe paper has already purchased one. That being the case, I've changed the settings for the hardcover (both imagewrap and dust jacket versions) to stander paper. This had reduced the price by somewhere around $9.00.
