Are you shooting with a K-5 or K-5 II? If so, you can go to ISO 1600 without 
generating noticeable noise. That should easily give you F!! DOF with a flash 
like the AF 540 and a good broad diffuser.  If I were doing his, I wouldn't 
want to complicate the rig.
