My Dad bought a Pentax and then he bought one for me, from my own bank account mind you.
Thus i shot Pentax. Had it been my choice or starting out today, i probably would be wrapped up in the Canon Nikon hype and go that way. I went nikon in 2001 as that was my only real choice for digital at the time.
