Thanks everyone for looking and commenting so generously.

Eric - I only used the A-28 for a few shots; mostly done on Fuji lenses
Cotty - Yes, I thought the walker was good. Lowry-esq perhaps? I
waited for the 2 of them to separate, but didn't think of chopping the
dog walker. Might have a go.
Bruce - I had a go at more contrast, but didn't like it as much. I
like the slightly ethereal/industrial look. Just a matter of taste
BobW - Go there! Good cycling in the Black Isle and beyond with lots
of quiet roads. I might even join you assuming Chas Roberts gets his
act together...
Anne - Cromarty is part of a British national institution - the
shipping forecast. It's broadcast 4 times a day on BBC radio and
there's a round robin of the British Isles with areas named after
(sometimes whimsical) local features. So a typical warning would be
"Viking, Forties, Cromarty, Forth, Tyne, Dogger; westerly severe gale
force 9 imminent"

Thanks again everyone, Chris
