Amita, What I've seen work really nice at weddings for candids is to have a disposable camera at each table at the reception. You might add a little note to it "take pictures with me, and leave me with the best man," My sister did something like this at her wedding and it turned out really well. The note may be necessary to let "dense" people know to take picutres, but not the camera.
